EVERLINK, EXPLAINED
Before we link.
Everything to know about your appointment, everyday wear and aftercare.
The EverLink experience
What is permanent jewellery?
Permanent jewellery is custom-fitted and joined without a traditional clasp, creating one continuous piece designed for everyday wear. Your chain is selected, measured and welded during your EverLink appointment in St Leonards.
How does the welding process work?
Once your chain has been fitted, we connect the ends with a small jump ring and use a precise welding spark to close the join. A protective layer sits between your skin and the jewellery throughout the process.
Does getting EverLinked hurt?
No. The welding spark joins the jewellery only and does not touch your skin. The fitting is quick, precise and designed to feel comfortable.
How long should I allow for my appointment?
Please allow approximately 20 minutes per person. The final appointment time may vary depending on how many charms are selected.
Warranty & repairs
Does my EverLink include a warranty?
Yes. EverLink pieces include a one-month warranty from the date of your appointment. If the welded connection or jump ring opens during this period, keep the chain and contact us so we can assess the piece.
What happens if my jewellery breaks after one month?
After the one-month warranty period, repairs are assessed case by case. Bring the chain to us, or contact us with clear photos, so we can check its condition and confirm whether it can be safely reconnected.
How much does a replacement jump ring cost?
If the chain is suitable to reconnect and only a replacement jump ring is required, the jump ring fee is A$10. Any additional work or replacement components will be discussed with you after assessment.
Can you re-weld a piece that I removed?
Keep the complete chain after removal and contact us for an assessment. Re-welding may be possible when the chain and join remain in suitable condition; any applicable fee will depend on what is required.
Aftercare & everyday wear
Is permanent jewellery really permanent?
Permanent refers to the clasp-free fit, not that the jewellery will last forever. With thoughtful care, an EverLink piece can last for a few years, but fine jewellery is not indestructible and longevity varies with daily wear, external pressure, products, environment and body chemistry.
How should I care for my EverLink?
Clean your EverLink gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse it well and pat it completely dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing pastes and harsh chemicals, and do not pull, twist or place unnecessary tension on the chain.
Can I shower, swim or exercise in it?
Gold-Filled jewellery is suited to everyday wear. After chlorine, salt water, sweat, skincare or cleaning products, rinse the piece with fresh water and gently pat it dry.
What should I do if it catches, stretches or feels loose?
Stop wearing the piece if it has stretched, become misshapen or feels unsafe. Do not attempt to tighten or repair it at home. Keep the complete chain and contact EverLink so we can assess its condition and explain the available next step.
What should I do if my EverLink breaks?
Keep every part of the chain and contact us with clear photos. During the first month we will assess it under our warranty. After one month, repairs are considered case by case; when only a replacement jump ring is required and the chain is suitable to reconnect, the jump ring fee is A$10.
Can permanent jewellery be removed?
Yes. When removal is required, cut the jump ring or welded join carefully with suitable scissors or cutters. Keep the complete chain if you would like us to assess it for re-welding later.
What about airport security, an MRI or surgery?
Follow the instructions of airport security and your medical provider. If removal is required for a procedure or screening, your EverLink can be cut at the join and kept for a future assessment.
Booking & choosing
Do I need to book an appointment?
Bookings are recommended so we can prepare a dedicated fitting and allow the right amount of time. Walk-in availability, if offered, will depend on the day.
What materials do you use?
Every EverLink piece is created using carefully selected 14K gold-filled or 925 sterling silver chains, chosen for their quality, wearability and premium finish. Unlike standard gold-plated jewellery, 14K gold-filled pieces generally offer greater durability and are designed for longer-lasting everyday wear.
How much does an EverLink cost?
Essential Gold-Filled pieces start at A$99, with Signature options from A$159 to A$199 and standard charms from A$35. You will see the available choices and pricing before your piece is fitted.
Can I view every chain online before booking?
We do not publish a full chain catalogue. Your EverLink is chosen in person, where you can compare the current curated selection, fit and optional charms before deciding.
Can I book EverLink for a celebration or group?
Yes. EverLink can be arranged for friends, birthdays, bridal and hens celebrations, weddings and private events. Visit our Events page to explore the available experiences and enquire.
